Rule 17D
Arrangements for Proceeding of Complaints

(1) Section 21A of the Act. The chief district officer shall send the complaint to the licensed organization and the documents and evidence submitted with the complaint to the department and inform the concerned complainant.
(2) Nepali. If there is any complaint or complaint related to foreign employment in the political commission, the relevant commission should send such complaint to the labor department.
